| Description of Machine |
1. Applicable Range:
(1)Small Hole EDM are used for processing metals by Wire-Cut EMD such as chemical fiber spinning jet, processes macrospore in spurts the screw, blade of engine, column radiator of cylinder block, hydraulic pressure, circuit of pneumatic valve, air channel etc;
(2)corrode the break-up iron ends, wire ends in the work pieces but not hurt original hole or fine screws.
It can process various power conducting materials such as the stainless steel, quenching steel, copper, aluminum etc |
2. Main Features:
(1)Processing various conducting materials such as stainless steel, quenching steel, copper, aluminum etc;
(2) processing aperture ï¿ 0.3ï½ï¿ 3.0 mm and max.Depth/diam.Ratio reach above 300:1;
(3)Pierce through bevel or curved surface directly; Using water as the working liquid directly;
(4)The spindle adopts aluminum titanium alloy and double linear guide rail;
(5)Brand-new fully digitalized high frequency circuit;
(6)X, Y axis installed linear scale digital display;
(7) Electrode turning servo drive;
(8)Precision granite worktable |
